Reelwave is an AI video generation platform that allows users to create stylized, animated character videos. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate short-form videos.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reelwave. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Credits and Payments

Credit System: Reelwave operates on a credit-based system. Video generation requires credits:

• Fast Model: 3 credits per video
• Premium Model: 10 credits per video

Payments: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

Credit Expiration: Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

No Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, credits are only deducted upon successful video generation. If a video generation fails, your credits will not be charged.

6. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload and the videos you generate using Reelwave.

License to Use: You grant Egret Studios LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Commercial Use: You may use generated videos for personal or commercial purposes, provided the content complies with these Terms.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Reelwave to create, upload, or generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Depicts violence, explicit sexual content, or child exploitation
• Impersonates others or spreads misinformation
• Contains malware or attempts to compromise system security

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Reelwave platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Egret Studios LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated videos will meet your specific expectations
• All technical issues will be resolved

10. AI Output Notice

Reelwave uses artificial intelligence to generate video content. You acknowledge that AI outputs may vary in accuracy, quality, and style. Egret Studios LLC does not guarantee that generated videos will match any specific expectations, inputs, or previews.

By using the Service, you agree that minor imperfections, inconsistencies, or artifacts inherent to AI generation do not constitute grounds for refund, dispute, or complaint.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EGRET STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF REELWAVE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
